Dab Antenna Installation Guide
It is very important to install the DAB antenna in the correct position. It is usually pasted on the upper left or right corner of the front windshield of the car. Some windshield protectors have metallic material that may weaken the signal, it is best to remove a small piece under the antenna.
Product Maintenance:
Do not expose the unit to liquids, moisture or wet areas as the unit is not waterproof.
Do not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this may damage the finish.
Avoid high or low temperature, charge at normal temperature.
Do not touch sharp objects, which can cause scratches or damage
Do not attempt to insert any objects into the body as this may damage the internal parts.
Do not attempt to disassemble the unit as there are no serviceable parts inside.
If you will not use it for a long time, please make sure to play the game in a dry area, avoiding temperature changes and dusty places.
When not in use for a long time (one or two months), please store it after fully charging to avoid normal full discharge, resulting in improper opening or failure to charge.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-3 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item within 30 days at your expense and the item must be unused) Although we incur the shipping cost to send product to you, we do not credit shipping cost we incurred getting the product to you in the first place. These costs will be deducted from any credit or refund.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
